• reducing the infrastructure costs
• maximising the financial payments from the utility company
• providing high speed broadband (guaranteed to 50Mb) to each home which has shown to increase house prices by £1,500 to £3,500

We are also showing developers how to set up utility vehicles to earn additional revenue of £3,000 to £7,000 per residential plot. Presently we are working on projects with circa 21,000 housing plots where the focus is delivering a low or zero carbon solution.
