The Asset Utilities Group comprises of a utilities and solar division where our focus is to make profit for our clients.

We work to the principle that by making our clients money, we make money – creating a win win situation.

We achieve this by sitting between the client and the :

• Utility companies that will own the utility networks (gas, electricity, water, district heating and fibre) to unlock the financial asset values and low carbon solutions
• 100% solar PV funding from Carbon Trust for commercial buildings
• Solar MCS installers who are encouraged to compete by providing the most competitive package

By working with the Carbon Trust we can also provide funding for energy saving lighting, ground and air source heat pumps and wind turbines as well 100% solar PV on commercial buildings across the UK.

Our project management team has over 50 years experience working on major projects.

Finally, we pride ourselves on being ethical and we donate 5% of our income and 5% of our profit to charity.
