A Proactive Network For Local Authorities
ZERO Carbon Places comprises of 52 local authorities who wish to support each other on their zero carbon journeys, sharing ideas, successes and their experiences.

The network is FREE to join, builds on the principle of PLACE and is open to all local authorities to join.

Asset Utilities is honoured to act as facilitators for the network.
ZERO Carbon Places has been chosen to host a two-day event at COP26 where it will promote 10 exemplar UK local authorities.

Why Was The Network Formed?
ZERO Carbon Places was formed to fill a gap that existed where local authorities could share ideas, promote their successes and collaborate to help each other on their carbon reduction journeys.

As facilitators, our job is to promote solutions that will inspire local authorities to deliver more projects, reducing both energy consumption and carbon emissions.
